题目：The Philosophy of Congruences――from modulo prime to modulo integer

摘要：

In this talk, we will recall the history of classical congruences, then discuss modern congruences of E. Lehmer, Morley, Jacobstahl and Zhao, and generalize them from modulo prime powers to modulo integer powers. Also we will discuss some application, such as congruences of partial sum of the coefficients in all three kinds of complete elliptic integral.  Meanwhile, we will raise several new problems, some of them related with combinatorial mathematics.
